Grant a child’s Christmas wish.

Together we can give hope this Christmas.

During COVID-19, Berry Street has seen a dramatic increase in family violence. This means we need to provide safe homes to more children who’ve experienced severe trauma and abuse than ever before.

Children often come into our care with nothing, feeling scared and alone. And some have never even experienced the magic of Christmas.

Your support is needed more than ever to help these children feel safe, loved and cared for – often for the first time in their lives.

Buy a gift and grant a Christmas wish for a child who can't live safely at home.

The gift of giving

Help grant Ethan’s Christmas wish

This year 7-year-old Ethan’s* world fell apart. His family was already at breaking point and the pressure of lockdown was the final straw.

Drawing is Ethan's way of escaping and he has recently spent a lot of time perfecting his letter to Santa. When Ethan’s letter was finally ready to be sent, all he really wanted was to feel loved and cared for.

Ethan is now safe. With your support, we can grant a Christmas wish for him and other children and young people in our care, so they wake up to a special gift on Christmas morning.
